SUGGESTIONS FOR THE PARENTS

  • Parents are requested to attend the parent teacher meeting regularly, to collect the result and to discuss the progress of the child with the teachers concerned. On the result day the students should have their diary with them. Absentees will have to get the leave sanctioned from the principal before the resumption of classes.

  • Parents / guardians are not allowed to enter the class or staff room and meet the children or interview the teachers during the school hours without the explicit permission of the principal.

  • Parents aggrieved on any ground are requested to see the Principal per¬sonally by prior appointment instead of airing their grievances in public in front of the School campus, as this creates confusion and chaos amongst other Parents, leading to the development of a not too cordial relation between the Parents and the School Authorities. Parents should refrain from uttering comments or doing things that are detrimental to the interest of the school and its students.

  • Parents should send their children in the specified school uniform and on time. The Physical Education Director is the competent authority to check the uniform.

  • Parents are requested to return any object the child brings from the school that does not belong to him / her.

  • Please inculcate in your wards from the childhood itself a love for order and punctuality, sense of cleanliness, spirit of discipline, hard work, good behavior and self reliance.

  • Please check your child's note books and school diary regularly. Take care that the lessons and the assignments to them for the following day are done. Remarks made in the diary should be gone through and countersigned regularly.

  • Do not send your child to school if he or she is suffering from any infectious disease.

  • A letter seeking permission from parent is necessary to avail leave.

  • Parents / Guardians are requested to respond to the calls from the school positively.

  • Parents should strictly avoid taking their children away from school during school hours for flimsy reasons.

  • Parents should encourage their children to be present on the re-opening day of each term and participate in all school functions.

  • Students are bound by the rules and regulations laid by the school.

  • Boys should have close cut hair style. Girls should not have streaked hair and fancy hairstyles. Hair should be plaited. Girls are not to sport painted nails or mehandi

  • Use of foul language is forbidden inside the school campus. Any student found using such language will be sent home or kept under suspension.

  • Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without prior permission from the head of the institution.

  • Students are not allowed to wear or bring valuables like expensive watches, gold ornaments, cameras and cell phones.

  • Parents are requested to be available for discussion in the school regarding the progress / conduct of the child, should the principal deem it necessary.

  • The school authorities are not responsible for the safety of any pupil outside the school hours and outside the school premises.

  • Parents are to sign an undertaking at the time of admission that they are prepared to abide by the rules and regulation of the school and withdraw their child /children should the school authorities feel that their continuance is detrimental to the achievement of the objectives of the school.

  • The decision of the management on all matters regarding the school shall be binding and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
